Amid Soaring Demand for Warehouses, an Effort to Make Them Greener

The New York Times recently highlighted our work as New Jersey’s leader in commercial and community solar. In the article the Times profiled our customer Duke Realty, which hosts several community solar projects in New Jersey. These projects use big rooftops to their fullest potential, generating clean energy while expanding access to renewables for low- and moderate-income residents. They also allow commercial real estate owners to generate revenue through monthly rooftop lease payments while demonstrating their commitment to environmental, social and governance (ESG) goals.
