To date, the partnership spans 208 projects totaling 131 MWdc across 13.2 million square feet of rooftop space throughout five U.S. states, representing one of the largest self-storage solar deployment programs in the country.
Collectively, these projects will serve approximately 33,000 households through community solar subscriptions, delivering more than $4 million in annual subscriber savings, with an average of $123 in annual savings per household.
The program has unlocked the ability to monetize underutilized rooftop assets across both new and legacy self-storage facilities, transforming previously constrained rooftops into long-term sources of clean energy generation and incremental asset value.
By enabling scalable solar deployment across a highly distributed and operationally sensitive portfolio, the partnership demonstrates a repeatable model for integrating renewable energy into consumer-facing industrial real estate while preserving uninterrupted customer access and operational continuity.
