Solar Landscape Secures $115 Million Credit Facility from Nuveen Energy Infrastructure Credit
Asbury Park, NJ – June 24, 2025 – Solar Landscape, a leading developer and operator of community solar and commercial rooftop solar projects, has announced that it has closed a $115 million credit facility with Nuveen Energy Infrastructure Credit (Nuveen EIC).
Under the terms of the transaction, Nuveen EIC has committed an initial $65 million to Solar Landscape at close, along with an option that provides access to an additional $50 million in financing. The capital will support the growing portfolio of assets driven by Solar Landscape’s continued success as a leader in the space.

The facility is structured to support the long-term asset ownership model of Solar Landscape, enabling them to bring more megawatts online efficiently while maintaining control of their operating portfolio.
