• Debugging to identify and repair errors that impair intended Site functionality.

• Enabling consumers to interact with content service providers, whether by linking to their sites, viewing their content in our online environment, or viewing our content in their online environment.
• Creating aggregated, pseudonymized, or anonymized information for analytical and statistical purposes.
• As otherwise permitted by applicable law.

3. Our Legal Bases for Processing PII

We will process your PII on one or more of the following legal bases:

• When you have given affirmative consent to the processing of your personal identifying information for a purpose specified in Section 2.
• When necessary to perform a contract to which you are a party, or to take steps at your request before entering into a contract with you.
• When necessary for us to comply with a legal obligation to which we are subject.
• When necessary for legitimate interests pursued by us or by a third party.

4. Disclosing PII to Third Parties

We disclose PII to the following categories of third parties:

• Our parents, subsidiaries, and affiliates
• Unaffiliated business partners with whom we co-provide products or services,

• Government agencies (if necessary to provide our services).

5. Retention Periods

We will store your PII for as long it is needed to fulfill the purposes for which we collected it, or longer if:

• We need it to establish, exercise, or defend legal claims; or
• If required or permitted by applicable law.

Notwithstanding the above, unless we otherwise agree with you in a separate writing, we reserve the right to permanently delete PII at any time.
